Project Narrative

Mekong Consultants with Oriental Consultants Global under Japan Transport and Tourism Research Institute ASEAN-India Regional Office / JTTRI-AIRO to implemented the High Speed Rail (HSR) project in Southeast and Asia in 2023. 

The objectives of the Study on Implementation Scheme of High-Speed Railway (HSR) Projects in South-East and South Asian Countries, FY 2023, (hereinafter “the Study”), financed by the Japan Transport and Tourism Research Institute ASEAN-India Regional Office are as follows;

(1) To systematically collect, compile, and compare the data and information about the implementation scheme of HSR projects in South-East and South Asian countries.
(2) To extract the features and issues on the implementation scheme of the HSR projects in each study country
