Project Narrative
The Namtheun2 regulating dam releases water from the regulating dam into both Nam Kathang on the left side and downstream channel (DSC). NTPC has scheduled a shutdown from the 03th November 2024 to 02rd March 2025. During this shutdown period, the 27 km Downstream Channel (DSC) from the Regulating Dam to the Xe- Bang Fai River will be dewatered to perform maintenance works. This project aims to solicit consultant services for one package manager for the planning, execution, and completion of work.

- Is responsible for financial and technical matters
- Organize and perform a review of the method statement, material submission inspection, and test plan,
- Review and comment on the Schedules related to their scope of work in relation to the planner
- Supervise the filing of technical working documents
- Elaborate specific procedures as necessary
- Organize the work supervision process
- Approve Surveillance Programs within the scope of their Package/Site
- Manage Non-Conformance Record (NCR) process, corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare the “Project Completion Report”
