Project Narrative

Field survey supports including logistical assistance: The Project for Reconstruction of the Bridges on National Road No.9 (Grant aid) Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) conducts ex-post evaluation study on ODA funded projects which were completed around two-three years ago. The ex-post evaluation is conducted by external experts in order to fulfill the following purposes:
(1) To assess the results of project so that JICA shall achieve accountability to the general public in Japan
(2) To draw lessons and recommendations from the review based on the OECD-DAC Criteria

The Local Consultant shall provide the following arrangements:
1. Arrangement of one vehicle with one driver during the field surveys.
2. Other arrangements relevant government team
3. Contacting and arranging appointments with the Executing Agency and the related agencies. This includes preparation and arrangement of a kick-off meeting, a follow-up meeting, evaluation feedback meeting (wrap-up meeting).
4. Contacting to the Executing Agency and/or the related agencies, in order to fill in questionnaires, and collecting completed questionnaires. The questionnaire is prepared by Octavia Japan
5. Assisting to collect and process project-related data and information such as statistic data and other useful documents for the evaluation surveys.
